1. Use of the Site

The Site provides information about CloudX’s services but does not itself constitute a binding contract or guarantee of service. Actual service terms, delivery, and performance are governed by your signed service agreements.

3.2 Limited License
You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without CloudX’s express written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
